Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of when you received the item, but first contact us within 15 days of delivery.
We accept returns only from European Union.
We cannot accept returns from non European countries due to taxes that may applied on the returning packages.
Please contact us first, if you have any problems with your order.
We don't accept cancellations.
Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.
Conditions of return :
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customers are also responsible for tracking their own returned items.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will likely need photos of the inside/outside of the box, as well as the item that has been damaged. We do our best to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
If you experience any issues with your order or believe you received a defective item, please contact us.
Please do not modify or alter the item, as this may affect its eligibility for return or replacement.
International estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (Europe), 15-20 business days (U.S.A & other non european countries).
Once items have been shipped they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.
